I have a lot of puffadores with hidden valentine lace. That trait is frozen and won't let me change it so if I regenerate my pet, not only will valentine lace not become visible, but there is no possibility of changing the visible trait.

If I try to regenerate that puffadore, totemic runes can't be changed just because there is valentine lace hidden.

Is it supposed to be like that?

Yes. It's supposed to function that way.

What I told others was that it's done this way with Restricted Traits to protect you/your pets from losing their Restricted Trait because there is no flagging system and you cannot select a Restricted Trait in the Re-Generator.

That said, it's done for your benefit. So if you'd rather forgo that Trait on your pet, send me a PM with the pet's ID # and I will just completely remove that Trait Slot, freeing up those 2 points in the Re-Generator.

There are still a few layering issues with these new puffadores T.T The tendrils should be behind the wings and flower right? Rather than hovering in the middle of the air

May I send you a PM with my puffs that carry Valentine Lace so you can null that? I like Valentine Lace, it's a great trait however in this case it being carried is playing wonky with my designs cause I can't use other G3 traits.

Hey, I have a quick question about re-genable puffs--if I don't want to regen my puffadore for a while, will she remain regenable indefinitely? Or is there a time constraint where I'll lose the ability to regen her after a certain period of time? Thanks so much in advance!

Everything looks correct to me in the picture you linked.

The antenna is in front of the wings, which are in front of the flower that's attached to its shoulder.

At this point, it will remain available indefinitely.

I can't promise until the end of time. =P But for quite awhile it will definitely still be available.
