Hey there, I'm here because I stumbled across a user selling sylestia pets on deviantart. Is this allowed or no?

They deleted my comment asking if they're allowed to do this. So I'm posting here to ask if it's allowed? I highly doubt it =/

i don't think so, that player did remove all his picture from that site witch may indicate somthing. It was a good idea to take a screenshot. Did you contact an admin ? i think they can help figure out all that.

I highly doubt that is allowed, especially if they were claiming the artwork and designs as their own. That Bulbori is one of my own generator ideas that I put in recently too.

As long as they are things that belong to the site. Pets, Currency, Items. They could not make Sylestia crafts and sell them, however.

Well, it depends if they were selling the artwork and designs and/or taking credit of it, or if they were selling the actual 'physical' pets.

Selling the artwork is obviously not allowed, as that belongs to Sylestia and their associated admins/artists, but selling the pets is fine.

Either way, if Amberwing claims the design as theirs from the generator and someone else is using it/claiming it, that's generally frowned upon anyway by the community.
