Tatsu & Ainsleigh

"Good ta know." Tatsu remarked to Ignis, "I suppose we won't be seeing you there with all of this work to do?" He asked just to make casual conversation while the rest of his party readied to leave. Ainsleigh was rather eager to be off as well, seeing all of the babes but her own put her maternal instinct close to overdrive to know what Ashleigh was up to and get her back to the safety of their quarters so they could build a nest. Ainsleigh really hoped they had time to collect her from the nursery. She gave off a rather unpleasant, pungent, musky smell passing by Riker. But she said nothing to him, though Tomen and Blue were sure to recognize it.

"Ainsleigh and I have had several, but presently we only have one that is adopted." He responded to the smithy

Blue Flattened her ears, she knew that scent, and she was just as displeased as Ainsleigh, her unhatched egg was still with The Guardian as well. Strangely enough she had a funny feeling, one that she would normally get when Tomen got himself into trouble. But he was right next to here and surprisingly keeping his nose to himself. She addressed Ainsleigh as she stood leaving Riker to Tomen " I have a feeling we should check on the children before we go to this meeting.... I may just be over concerned, but I think it will put us both at ease" she said walking up next to her.


Tomen Had wondered why Blue would want to go to the Nusery when Riker was with them. Then he remembered the un-hatched youngn' Blue had takin a strong liking to. he then understood why Blue was holding back so much from disciplining him, and her question to Riker about having a sibling all clicked at once. Blue hated her siblings especially her older brother, who was beyond sadistic, so the thought of siblings was new to her, and she couldn't let her personal feelings intervene. Tomen glanced at Riker after Blue got up " Me and you need to talk..." he said trying to put on a strict face though it felt odd to him, but he knew this would be no walk in the park if this kid didn't know the deadly, but kind, maze that is now his Mom.

Ainsleigh & Tatsu

Ainsleigh simply nodded to upset to really speak. She grabbed Tatsu's hand and dragged him out of the blacksmith's shop making a b-line straight back to the nursery!

"Whoa-ho!" Wings fanned out instinctively so Tatsu could keep his balance knocking over some cast iron instruments hanging from a rack. "Sorry!" He called back.

Nina entered but she shook her head trying to clear her thoughts. She wanted to have a mate but she also wasn't sure about one. She smiled weakly at Apollo.
