Favorite Recipe for Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes: (I made it a couple of times)

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, plus more for buttering ramekins
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped, best quality such as Ghirardelli
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 F degrees. Generously butter six 6-ounce ramekins (really be generous, and do not substitute non-stick cooking spray). Set the ramekins on a baking sheet.
Melt the butter in a medium bowl in the microwave. Immediately add the chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted. If a few chunks remain, place the bowl back in the microwave for 20 seconds, then stir again. Repeat if necessary. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, egg yolks, brown sugar, vanilla and salt at high speed until thickened and pale, about 4 minutes using a hand mixer. Add the melted chocolate mixture and flour to the egg mixture and fold with a rubber spatula until just combined (the chocolate sinks to the bottom so be sure to scrape it up into the batter).
Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins and bake for 10 minutes, until the cakes are set and puffed over the edges of the ramekins. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1-2 minutes, then, holding the hot ramekins with a dish towel, carefully invert the cakes onto dessert plates. They should pop right out, but you can run a thin-bladed knife around the edges if necessary. Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped cream. (Make-ahead note: The batter can be spooned into the ramekins, covered and refrigerated for several hours before baking. Just be sure to take them out of the fridge about 30 minutes before baking so they come to room temperature.)

My mom made me egg drop soup today, and it reminded me of how I used to make it all the time!

Ingredients:
3 Cups chicken broth (I guess you could try beef, or vegetable. But I don't know how it would be, I've always done chicken. You can also make chicken bouillon according to instructions)
1 or 2 eggs (depending how much egg you like in it)
1-3 tsp. dill weed/seed/leaf
Optional: soy sauce/vegetables


Directions:
Bring chicken broth to bubbly boil. Whisk the eggs together in a separate bowl. When the chicken broth is bubbling, poor a little bit of the egg in to the pot, while stirring with a fork. The eggs should be shredding if your doing it right. continue doing that until all the eggs are gone. It is done when the eggs look like a done scrambled egg. Then add the dill. Then you have delicious soup!

Additional Optional Directions:
If you want your soup thicker, just add a tsp. or two of corn starch.
Add soy sauce
Put corn/other veggies in until warmed
Try a tsp. of butter for something creamier

I have a recipe for flavored oil (weird yes) its the something i came up with the other day and am going to see how well it turned out today
Heres the recipe (i couldn't find some of my others)

.5 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
.5 tsp onion powder
.5 tsp chili powder
.5 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
.25 tsp rosmary leaves
2 cloves garlic sliced/cubed/whichever cut you like
2 cups oil (i used vegetable oil)
I put it in an empty soy sauce bottle

put beef on a pan and cook intill done
mash the beef into small peace's
pour spaghetti sauce on the beef
boil the noodles till down

...Vanilla BUNNY MOLDED CAKES!


First Step: Creaming Method- mix butter and sugar till fluffy luffy and the butter color changes:


Second Step: Mix Dry ingredients together


Third Step: Prepare wet ingredients (this was done on different bowl, THEN put in with dry):



Fourth Step: Mix to make batter:


Fifth Step: Fill in mold and bake: (don't worry about overlapping, it gets trimmed later)


Sixth Step: BUNNIES
