Ahhh, I can't show any pics, because I never take pics while I am cooking or baking! Let's see, this past week I bbq'ed chicken legs and thighs for my grand-daughter's birthday (her choice!). I have a wonderful sweet homemade bbq sauce recipe that I got from my mom. Let me say, it was wonderful! Not only that, all the leftovers disappeared fast! :)

When I get home, my daughter wants a chicken gnocchi soup. If I can find the gnocchi, I will try and make that!

I have a few things I can share. I make a lot of very cheap and simple things because I don't have money to make anything super complex and delicious. I make do with what I have.
A simple tomato sauce. I just took Wal-Mart brand pasta sauce and added extra veggies, margarine and seasoning to it to liven it up a bit. Not necessary or special but it was better than the stuff in the jar.
Vegan peanut butter cookies. I didn't have milk or much margarine so I made vegan cookies. It's just brown sugar, peanut butter, baking soda, water and all-purpose flour. They come out soft in the middle. :3
Shepard's pie. Really standard. I like to leave potato skins on (no waste here), hence the brown in the potatoes. I also put garlic butter on top. I've made this with a simple pie crust too (water, flour and margarine).
Fried rice. Again.. simple. Poor people food. xD
I don't have a picture of it, but I make really good vegan butter chicken sauce. You make it with coconut milk instead of plain yogurt... and I make mine with less spices because money.
And no, I'm not vegetarian or vegan (the beef in the pie is real). xD Animal products are just really expensive. Most food in Canada is expensive in general. I have to find ways to make a decent dinner on very little ingredients.
