I tested the inventory timeout and the starting a new Snow Wars game, and yes, they seem to be running at 3 minutes apiece. I'll time the others when they pop up next.

Alright, then it must be dictated by the Apache timeout. I can't really make that any less than 3 minutes I'm afraid.

When I'm accepting trades or playing Snow Wars, I sometimes get lag (usually lasting around 3 minutes) and/or 503 errors.

For instance at ~1:30am today I had started a game of Snow Wars and the page (and the rest of Sylestia) kept loading for several minutes

I don't know what to do about this.

I can see a lot of iterations of this issue in the error log, but the only thing being recorded is the error of the timeout... not what caused a 1 second process to take 180 seconds to complete until it timed out.

Additionally, I cannot find any relevant information on the internet.

Additionally, our Host isn't really understanding or willing to help resolve the issue either.

I don't know what else to do. =(

Any improvement in the last 24 hours?

The downtime on Monday was because of trying to tweak settings with the goal of improving this situation. It took about 6 hours, but finally was able to 'figure things out'.

So I've now tweaked some settings and would like to know if there's any improvement. =P

Well, just now (3:42 server time). I got a "something went wrong, please reload the page and try again", while playing against the Snow Wars AI. So I did, and I got an error 500 page. Not a 503, but is it similar? Still an error page, so I figured I'd post it here.

You can disregard the current errors popping up if they keep popping up here today.

No improvements, no. :( Tried on multiple browsers and no change.

As a curiosity, I can buy from the broker without a problem using Safari. Anything else, like starting a Snow Wars game, still takes 5 minutes.

Well, I'm driving our host insane by pestering them nonstop about this issue. Lol =S
