A 503 error.

Time: 7:38 p.m. Sylestia time (Though doesn't really matter what time it is for this)

Action: Simply, switching out one team of pets for another. (9/10 times this happens when I just loaded the party page. After the error happens I can switch teams pretty quickly. )

Every time I try to send a PM to someone, the site freezes up for a few minutes. Afterwards, it will either go through properly or give me a 503. It has been happening every single time for the last few days.

Thank you for the continued submissions. They are helpful in pinpointing the issue.

I do believe that at this time we have pinpointed why you are receiving the 503 errors - however, we have not yet figured out why the connections are lagging and not being processed properly.

It does seem largely related to the submission of a lot of POST (form) data. This is why it's often taking place in the Trade Broker or Social pages.

So please keep posting any and all occurrences of this error to give us the data we need to figure out the full issue.

The lag is up to 5 minutes exactly now.

Lag ended at 8:57pm Sylestia time. I was trying to buy from the broker. Same error page.

"Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Action: Hit the Send button... site hangs up... 6 minutes later it finally goes through. Using Firefox. Clearing the Cache didn't help.

While I did get the error upon buying an item, the transaction of buying the item went through. Lastly, if it's of interest, I was in a room where the internet connection is very poor / quite slow.

I am now getting 503 errors that lock me out of the entire site.
