I also think Flying Pilot Fish for the Kelpari would still be cool--

I hope I have made this version more site-friendly. In the previous version, the fish may have been too detailed to be practical. After all, the Enchanted Butterflies trait doesn't give details of the butterflies. In fact, the second color and the little bubble around each fish is optional. That's the concept behind this trait--a sort of Kelpari equivalent of Feather Dust or Enchanted Butterflies, but with tiny flying fish--

I've seen schools of flying fish soar from the water (and change course in the air!), but this is the best image I could find of them.


Here's the Cintimani mutation for the Qitari--

A cintimani is a jewel, often in flames, that a mythic creature called lung ta may carry on its back. The lung ta, like the kirin, resembles a horse. The cintimani does not burn the lung ta (wonder what that saddle is made of?) and enables the lung ta to fly, even though it has no wings. For the qitari, I am not sure what mutation slot this would go in. Perhaps qitaries don't need the saddle part? Then it could go in Mutation Three. Otherwise, it would have to be Mutation One.
Images of a cintimani often have such stylized flames that the jewel is hard to see! However, an artist named Nicholas Roerich did a nice painting that is fairly clear. Also, here's a sculpture of just the burning jewel--


Finally, how about Tree Frog Toes for the Sylvorpa?

'Holes' Mutation-It looks like the Nyvene would have holes in places where its scales should have been. It would seem there is something inside those holes too.
