I don't see where it says which room you are in

I get a box that says you find two mirrors at the end of the hallway I click inspect the area
It says you find two mirrors at the end of the hallway blah blah you assume you are unable to return through them blah blah and you have to pick left or right

The bottom only says you find two mirrors at the end of the hall. Help?

Then each room has two mirrors, a left one and right one. On the map, find the room you're in and then the arrow going left is if you take the left mirror; the arrow going right is if you take the right mirror. So trace through the diagram to find the path you need to take to reach the Boss.

You only know which hallway you're in when you pick the mirror. (So when you pick left/right, you get into a new room, and ONLY THEN does it say "you see a hallway with _____ walls")

So there's only one time where it says what room you're in. x: The time you enter it.

Each time you get to a mirror, you're given a choice to go through the left mirror or the right one.

Once you go through a mirror, the next message will tell you entered a hall with [colored] walls. The color of the walls designate what room you're in according to the map.

The object of the spire is to get to the boss room.
So follow the arrows to get to the boss room.

Say for example you're in the Emerald Room. Going left leads you to the silver room (farther from boss room), going right leads to the bronze room (follow the arrows going left and right out of the Emerald box). Following the arrows, bronze room is closer to silver room (or whichever you pick, you just need to keep going to find the boss), you would want to go right.

Then after bronze, left goes to Jade, right goes to Garnet. Garnet is closer to boss room, so go to Garnet.

and so on.
