Cool, people are not only still making suggestions, but the suggestions are getting better and better. I still have hope of finding the perfect name for this girl!

Edit: Remember, you can make your play on words connect any winter holiday to any aspect of Nephinies (or any trait of this particular little Neph). Nephinies are guardians of the forest, they have sticky fingers, they are small dragons, they are mischievous and play pranks on people. (Their annoying pranks are another reason that the name "Ghost of Christmas Pest" so perfectly suits the baby's mother.)

Other things about Nephinies: They really hide their nests well; some people call them "noodles"; they are a Fabled species; they're the only Fabled species you can find in the wild year-round; their eggs are decorated with vines, glitterdust, and jewels.

I'll add other stuff as I think of it.

My instant thought leans towards renowned tricksters. (Female tricksters are surprisingly harder.) Mix in flying insects. Then try to find a combination that puns well and is festive. Oh and noodles. Hmm, not asking for much here, Spelf, are you? ;)

Eris Mayfly Soba

Eris being Greek goddess of chaos. (Which is as close to trickster as I can get.) Mayfly being the insect. Soba is a noodle. The pun is festive-drink related. Bit of a stretch, perhaps. I'll give it more thought.

What about The Faded Ghost Of Christmas Pestence , it's parent's name is Ghost Of Christmas Pest, so it still has the 'pest' pun, and it's the next generation, after past (present.)
