OK, for a birthday-themed pet, I immediately thought of two things: balloons and chocolate cake. Didn't even have to put on my thinking cap. So, balloons come in a rainbow of colors, while chocolate is chocolate-colored.

Obviously, what is needed is a Chocolate Cake-colored pet with plenty of colors. The solution was obvious. Behold the Birthday Party Qitari!
