Wow thank you for such a detailed comment =)
Yes, the whole muscular paws and slightly off canine anatomy was intended ^^ I didn't want to forget anything you had added in the character sheet, or it would look less like your character.
The muzzle : Holy cheetos yes ! I had not noticed, but it's really not straight ! thanks for telling me.
Truth to be told, I didn't know exactly how to do the black fur, but sure, a straight line is probably not my best idea =P
And : I thought I'd tell you I used a stock wolf image from dA for miseria :

Well its not bad for a stock reference photo, though, by the photo, had you noticed the back still has that bit if a rump bulge and back curve?
although, i feel you mistakened the big belly for the shadow of the fur for the back right leg,lol

Oh, wow, I can't believe I put the color of the eye on the wrong side(I'm a bit of a moron sometimes XD) but thank you so much for pointing out what I can do to make this better! This was my first time ever drawing a wolf, so thanks for the feedback!

its hard to tell its your first time drawing a wolf, I think it was a nicely unique style
keep that style, just, kind of tweak the hand leg's anatomy, or at least make it so it could look like a wolf who could walk, run, sit and stand alright, while keeping your style in there.

I do agree the roses look flat. I was scrambling to try to make the right side of her, well... shadowy, that I didn't pay much attention to the roses & background. Unfortunately, I haven't made much progress in Sketchbook Pro, and though my intentions were to make the shadowbeast side wispier, the effect was hard to do, and just wasted time, so I left it out.
And withering away on the middle rose is a cool idea. Didn't pay much attention to that part either >o<
Backgrounds & ornaments/objects have kind of been a struggle for me, and I do need to improve on them quite a bit. Thanks for the feedback! It was really helpful :D

Thanks for the lovely comments, on all the pieces. I think your critique was concise and to the point, and many of the points you made were ones that I would have also made if I was the one critiquing. Also, I took you most would be understanding *pats head*.
Also, reading the comment "I don't really have anything else to say about it though..." makes me slightly nervous like...
>.>
<.<
O.O
...if that makes any sense lol. I'm not upset about it, it's just that it could mean many things is all.
Anyway, this was lovely contest, and I had so much fun drawing Miseria. She's a very nice character that you've created.
