So...I've just made a new character which I'm currently rather fond of...

So i'm going to throw a little contest, and here are the rules:

1. Depict this character in your own style (don't copy my style)

2. Art Entry must have shading, color, and background (or transparent BG with minimal background props, depending how you'd go about it)

3. The reference sheet should hopefully have enough information for you to carry out a drawing.

4. Traditional or Digital works.

5. Please sign the drawing.

6. You are judged on feel/depiction/emotion/anatomy(loosely)/creativity/ and especially effort.

7. No tracing, or photomanipulation, no bases or linearts, must be 95% yours work...5% is i allow you to use special brushes or textures (give credits though)

8. Please, if you a need to, add a description to your entry, and PLEASE title I

9. When you draw, feel free to draw s simple scene or a mini-comic, or a screenshot, whatever you'd like

10. Feel free to add in extra random characters if you need to

-Three pets out of my Custom projects or tagged projects offsprings of choice.
-Art will be featured (and credit given) on my profile page and art site. (My DA)
-Mini-stat pet of choice
-colored and shaded headshot of pet of choice..

2nd place:

-100k
-Two pets out of my custom projects or tagged projects offsprings of choice.
-Art will be featured on my profile with credit given.
-Mini-stat pet of choice

3rd place:

-50k
-One pet out of my custom...erm...you get the idea >_>

Interesting, I will probably try ! :3
But I have a question. Is the background obligatory ? I mean, a real background with a landscape and all ? Or are some ornamentations and colors enough ?

Edit : Another question, how is it under her paws ? :D

Pink pawpads, if that's what you mean, she doesn't have the normal canine pads

Well, background is yours choice, but yes there must be some form of background, how you do it, is your choice.
