There are so many pretty designs so far, I debated entering, but I can never pass up a fun design challenge. I know everyone is doing various cakes, and I thought about doing something different, but in the end my sweet tooth won out. I'm not a big fan of traditional cake (its a texture thing...) but I LOVE cheesecake, so today I have based my design off of a cheesecake recipe for you. :)

Esylana-Thanks so much. Oh i had that last year and it was amazing. The darkness of the chocolate yet the sweetness of the fruit is really shown in the Aeridini.
Britters-Thanks do much and i had cheesecake this year, just plain though. You captured the cheesecake well.
