I had originally intended to have 2 other pets in the picture in the background, possibly picking flowers or flying towards them with a bundle of flowers in their paws but someone shut off my gimp when I'd only saved the .png and not the .xcf file.
(had saved the .png to show a friend to ask if something looked right and got dragged away to town before I could do anything else).
I may edit them in later but I have no layers anymore which makes it kinda difficult. XD

Whipped up a goofy animation of Farasha mistakening a Choco Paws Lupora egg for an acutal egg made of chocolate. I am not sure if animations are allowed, but I am here for the participation prize so it doesn't really matter to me. (Thus the horrible colouring.) Just judge the last frame if it isn't allowed:

I might whip up something silly for the digital part of the egg contest and the colouring contest too, since I don't think I can afford to put much time into both to have a chance to win. The colouring contest doesn't have to be spring themed, right? XD

Since nephini are cousins of aeridini, I thought one might have taken it upon himself to make sure the new family member hatches safely. Thus, Commidant is overseeing one of the first new eggs of spring.
