Yup, if nobody does put a Ticket on it, it's auto-yours, since you're
the only one putting a Ticket(well 4~ XP) on him~ :3
That's a simple "rule" I follow in all my Raffles~ :3
I'm sincerely hoping that all pets get to somebody in the first draw
and that there isn't a Second Round lol~ XD
I have too many pets!
I JUST started to lower the number of pets I breed... o.e"

It's just that I had more baby coming in

And with all the Donations I've gotten
from all, I start to need less pets lol~ XD
