You need to upload it somewhere first, then use the IMG button on the top, and paste the IMG location in the middle. Sooo...yeah.

I just feel like this is a gene that is really missing for the lighira. It would be one gene that covers the whole body and you could mix and match it with all of the different body patterns.
*Edit* Fixed the heads (I forgot to color them ^.^).

It's a basic double fade, often seen on flowers:

This is my gene submission:

Streaked Sunlight! Like sunlight filtering through tree leaves. It would go in gene slot two. I don't think there are enough genes there p:

My abilities to art are dismal at best, and I'm confident sylestia artists could render it better :U but this is what inspired me to design this gene:

The yellow streaks on the wings are supposed to resemble the rays of sunlight through the branches, and the patches of yellow on the body and tail are based on the dapples of light on the ground c:

Fawn

I wanted to try doing a gene based on the markings of a fawn for Nephinies. I hadn't noticed before but the spots on fawns seem to form lines. Then there seems to be a few little spots that aren't neatly in line So doing this on the long body of a Nephini comes out looking a bit different than on a baby deer but I think it looks interesting. I wasn't sure what to do with the end of the tail so I made something that I thought might look somewhat natural? If it doesn't look enough like a fawn then I understand picking some other name if it's chosen.

Maned wolf gene. I suppose while not exactly "spring", I was thinking "Warm climate" since Maned Wolves are from South America.

Gene markings shown in black/white, then with some color as a 1 vis, then shown with another gene for a 2 vis beauty.

Hello there,
I couldnt really think of a spring event gene but this is my attempt at a gene.
This gene is for gene one, the coloration affects the design.

i hope you all enjoy this. Thank you for letting me join in this contest.
