I'm leveling up a team and anywhere in Astryl's Vale it does not allow my water pet to use its second move, Ice Barrier. It happens in all of the zones and in any slot I put her into on my team. It works fine in Umbra Forest. I have the mana, it lets me select the move, but will not allow a target to be selected even in the lost grove. All other moves work, on her and my other team pets.
Hahah, just controls in the zones changing and messing me up - thanks guys.

Are you trying to target the enemies or are you trying to use it on your pets?

As hinted in the post above, Ice Barrier is a Buff for your own Party Pets. You will target one of them instead of an enemy.
