They're untradable, unfortunately. The only thing we were able to do was sell them back to the game for a couple of thousand gold, which was kind of unfortunate :(

The cut off for themed pet entries also ends today. I know that it's supposed to be 10 entered by tonight to qualify for certain awards for spring designs, but it's still okay to enter more after that? Just with the chance of those designs not being seen and considered?

You can continue submitting designs until we lock the thread. Generally, the threads always stay open a bit past their announced deadline because we still have more time until we begin that process. But we aren't always so sure when the threads are made, so we put deadlines earlier to be on the safe side.

So the ten designs required is just by the time the thread is locked then? I got a bit busy these last few days and hadn't finished yet. I'm gonna try to get at least ten up by midnight regardless just to be safe though if I can. Think it could be at a the minimum a couple more days before it's locked, or is it just too hard to tell with your schedule?

Correct - Just 10 designs by the time the thread is locked.

As always, I can't guarantee past the official end date. But it's certainly very possible that it will be a week or more before we parse through the thread.

For some reason I cant see any of the hints? I'm I too low a level for the first egg clue to unlock so I can start the hunt?

I believe you need to clear the first Region first to unlock the first set of clues. Otherwise, you would not be able to access them to collect them.

The Standard Genetic Test Kits that are received as rewards from events are Not Tradeable but some are.
