Some Themes have more than one color palette. This causes problem for players breeding Purebreds, especially when the colors that are different aren't visible on pets without certain Vis traits.

According to a post by Krinadon, the term for the first palette version of a Theme is "Collector's Edition." Some players refer to this version as the "Old" or "Original" version. Players refer to later versions of a Theme as the "Modern" or "New" versions.

If I didn't document a Theme's AC and AC2 colors, then AC and AC2 will be the same color as Eye Color.

This is a guide to those multi-palette Themes. It is currently a work in progress.

Sweet Heart--the earlier Sweet Heart Qitaries tend to have more color swing than more recent ones have. Regardless, the actual colors are the same.

Cool Night--However, the earlier Cool Night Sylvorpas tend to have a lot of color swing.

Modern: The same Theme appeared as a Tamed during the 2015 Spring Festival with a color change. Beginning in 2019 and continuing through 2021 to date, the Black Friday Event has produced several Exclusive Apple Blossom Qitaries of the 2015 palette.

TL:DR--the difference is in the Mutation 1 color.

Collector's Edition: The Caramel Apple Qitari came into existence as a Tamed Theme during the 2014 Summer Festival.

Modern: The same Theme appeared as a Tamed during the 2015 and, curiously, the 2016 Summer Festivals with a color change. Beginning in 2019 and continuing through 2021 to date, the Black Friday Event has produced several Exclusive Caramel Apple Qitaries of the 2015-16 palette.

Tiger Lily Aeridini

TL:DR--All but 1 of the colors are different.

Collector's Edition: The Tiger Lily Aeridini came into existence as a Tamed Theme during the 2014 Spring Festival.

Modern: The same Theme appeared as a Tamed during the 2015 Spring Festival with so many changed colors it was essentially a completely different Theme. Beginning in 2020 and continuing through 2021 to date, the Black Friday Event has produced several Exclusive Tiger Lily Aeridines of the 2015 palette.

Only Color 2 did not change between the two palettes.

Only Color 1, Gene 1 Color, Mutation 1 Color, and Mutation 3 Color did not change between the two palettes.
