I'd suddenly realized that my arm was around her. I'd jerk away. "Oh...sorry, just follow me or not...that was a bit, sudden i guess." I'd sigh, walking toward's the house.

"C-can you really keep me safe?" My breath catches in my throat at the closeness. "There is someone, I think I made them mad, I am scared they want to kill me..." I shudder, remembering the winged one.

Gray
Finished with the painting for now, I remember that hybrid I saw in the woods. How it ran from me, just how the kids did when I was young. I would make it pay for the insult, it would regret the actions. I swoop up onto a ledge and spread my wings out flat to army crawl between two heavy slabs of concrete. I then brace myself and dive into the next abandoned pipe, taking a few tight turns and popping up above the long empty warehouse. I stealthily glide in the direction of the woods, staying out of site as much as I can.

I'd sigh. "I can try my best, but if there is someone after you, we better get to my house faster." I'd say looking back. "It isn't far from here."

April
When he removed his arm I wonder if I had done something wrong. I am not used to these city-folk and their ways. I glance over at him before nodding quickly and lifting my ears. Stopping suddenly, my ears pick up a restlessness in the wind.
"Run!" I yelp, grabbing the man's hand and dashing as fast as I can. "Eep!" My hand slips as I feel strong arms reach around me from behind and lift me off the ground and out of the canopy.

"There you are, you running monster." I snarl in her ear, beating my big leathery wings to hopefully knock the other guy down. "I am going to make you suffer like my parents did." I whisper roughly in her ear as I carry her toward the ocean holding onto her shoulders. They could dislocate if they wanted, I don't really mind.

"Let her go!" I'd run at him, go behind him and grabbing him in a full nelson. I'd feel his grasp on the Fox Girl release, and i'd pin him to the ground. "Your going to have to get through me first."

The rabbit rushes to his produce stand and grabs a bundle of carrots before racing to catch up them. "Hers those carrots I said I would bring. I got the biggest bunch I could find." He hopped lowly behind the careful not to go stepped on as they walked. He dropped the carrots spas the monster attacked. "Stay away from them!" He shouted though he really didn't have much he could do other than that.

I scramble back, scared and stunned. I watch with wide eyes as Jace sticks to his word.

Gray (not sure who this nelson is but,)
I snarl, spreading my wings to force his hold to loosen or break. I try to beat them, pushing air against the ground to lift me and the man both up onto a tree. I hang upside-down, knowing he must be holding on for dear life.
"Pfft, why? What is she to you? The stereotyping innocent-eyed actress is-" I am cut short in my insults as one of my nets catches me as I speak.

"if she's alone and she has no one to go to, i'd help her anyways!" I'd say, grabbing my phone and calling 911, waiting for a response from the police.

I know that struggling won't work, but I do know how to get out. I made these nets myself. Looking over my shoulder, I find the biggest knot. By pulling on it with my teeth the net loosens enough for me to reach my arm above me and tug on the precise rope to open the net and allow me to fly free. I can't be caught by the cops, I can't... They will never let me out. I fly as fast as I can back where I came from, hoping they can't see my black wings against the blue sky.
