"Stop running," The thing whispered chasing after Kodi, its teeth drawn back in a snarl, "I am bored," it jumped and landed behind him, chasing after him, its green eyes gleaming with glee and excitement.

The boy turned around, his eyes hollow and unclear, holding up his swords he charged, letting out a battle cry as he did so. Inside though he was screaming in terror, "I told him to stop," He broke down crying, wishing Faith could see his tears, but he was crying in his head, not in real life, a pity perhaps.

Kodi ran into the house and barricaded the door. He quickly ran up stairs and hid in a closet, he sprayed himself with a perfume to hide his scent just incase, then he covered himself with some clothes and stayed there, still as a board.

Faith moved back then dodged him at the last second, the pain in her paw was coming back, she winced as her injured paw hit the ground.

"Come out boy," The Silver Snake said as it slithered under the door, changed form with ease as it started to look around for Kodi, "You can't hide forever!"

The boy swung again, though it was awkward and unbalanced. Trapper was watching from a distance, a small smile spread across his face as he backed away, disappearing into the treetops.

Kodi started to worry. "Will it find me? And if not where do I go?" He thought

Faith doged but was slightly scratched from the blade. She quickly reacted and jumped on the boy, pining him to the ground.
"Why are you trying to to kill me!" She growled loudly, hoping she has his attention.

The thing looked around, growing more and more frustrated as he looked around.
"I'll find him eventually," The thing said a hint of pleasure in its voice as it walked out of the building, deciding that Kodi must be outside somewhere.

The boy cried out as he was pushed to the ground, struggling to escape Faith's grasp, his eyes still unclear. He looked for his swords, only to find them far out of his reach, no chance to escape.
"What master says I do," He said, his voice hollow and emotionless, he tried to push her away, punching with his right arm.

Kodi heard the door close as "he" went outside. He shuffled under the blankets and sat there.
"I guess I'm going to be here a while..." Kodi sighed.

Faith didn't let him go. She pricked her ears up slightly as he spoke.
"Hey I'm not here to kill. I don't know exactly why you are told to kill us, but your 'master' is completely wrong..." She said with a serious tone

"Master is always right," The boy said, his voice once again hollow sounding as he banged his right arm on the ground, making a weird sound, deffently not like a human arm, "I must listen to him," He said, he seemed to be in some type of trance.

Faith growled.
"Well if you obey his requests, i'll have to kill you..." She said.
She doesn't want to but if needed she will.

The boy frowned but still continued to struggle, glaring at Faith, "I must do what I must," He said trying to roll away, feeling fear fill him, this is not what he wanted.
