The door opened and a perky blonde woman leaned out. "Hi!" she said, so cheerfully it was almost fake. "Are you Soren's new friends? I love it when he makes new friends. Keeps him from getting into trouble!"
Phoenix coughed, looking very awkward. "Um, yeah. Is Soren home?"
The woman's gaze clouded over for a second. "I... don't know... that's strange. Never know what he's doing these days! He's a bright little 8 year old!"
Phoenix fidgeted uncomfortably. "Oh... okay, thanks ma'am."

Vivi seemed a bit confused on what was going on. She seemed to try to hide a bit behind her book as she pushed her glasses up again.

A tallish boy with messy whitish-blond hair and hazel eyes appeared behind the woman, and made gestures indicating the backyard and mouthed, Two minutes before disappearing.
"Anyways, you kids have fun! If you find him, make sure he doesn't get up to trouble again!" the woman said cheerfully, waving goodbye and closing the door.
Phoenix turned to Vivi, "Looks like we'll have to meet him at the backyard."

She felt a bit odd at how her cheer wasn't true,she knew how to tell real emotions from fake,and how she said specifically 'Outcasts.'. But she nodded anyway.

She nodded,and put her back to the fence and slid to a sit,opening her book again and turning to where she'd left off. She wasn't someone to really socialize so she was fine with not intruding and staying right there.

Phoenix hopped off the fence a few minutes later, followed by the same light-haired boy. "Vivi, this is Soren. Soren, this is Vivi. All introductions made, how are y'all doing today," said Phoenix, sounding tired.
"You are as happy as always, I see, Phoen," said Soren, sounding amused. "Anyways, welcome to the unofficial pariah group, as you can see we are a bunch of troubled kids with no social life."
"I... I think the troubled kids part is just you, " said Phoenix.
(Does Vivi have any powers? I mean, this is a fantast x futuristic RP, right?)
