Same for me on the desktop. Unfortunately i cant log into the site using Proxify because i cannot pay for their "Extended" service.
@Blue, @Stargazerdin,
Are you guys using any type of firewall or anything? Just trying to....think what would be changing if viewing the website through a proxy works. Because it's very bizarre that doing it through a proxy would work...but then using a different computer also on the same network also works. So if you guys maybe have some type of setting on the computers that won't work or something...I dunno
We've also posted this on a couple of like coding help sites...and no one has any idea what to do either or what could even be possibly causing this lol x_x...

@Faiona,
I have he site set to allow all data and I have the other site thats been mentioned that hosts the images added to be let through my firewall. so unless my anti-virus deteced something and blocked it for some reason i cant think of anything else. and i really doubt my anti-virus found anything because the images sometimes partly load.

@Stargazerdin,
Could you try turning the firewall and antivirus completely off and then trying?

@Faiona,
The images only half loaded again after trying with all my security settings turned off. I even set my browser setting to allow all data and nothing changed.

@Stargazerdin,
Can you show a screenshot...'cause the actual picture is only like the top part of the board.

@Krinadon, @Faiona
After much digging through the anti-virus settings and trying different things, I seem to have fixed the problem on my end! I had to add Sylestia to the software's trusted sites in a particular setting (which was amazingly tricky to find), and now everything works properly! Thank you guys so much for all your help, and I'm very happy that I can now play Sylestia properly on both computers. ^^

@Blue,
That's great! Do you mind sharing what setting it was so we can relate the information to anyone else who has this problem?
Also, the anti-virus you use would also probably help.

I use Kaspersky (Not sure what versions there are for it?). I clicked the little icon down by the time, went to 'Settings' in the popup that opened. In the 'Protection Center' tab, I clicked 'Web Anti-Virus'. I clicked 'Settings' in that, went to 'Trusted URLs', and added 'http://www.sylestia.com/' to the list.
And that was it. A hard refresh later, and all of the images were visible again. :3

Huh I guess kaspersky was the problem cause after i added it to the trusted list and reset my history the images work o-o;;; What I dont understand though is why it didnt work when i turned it off. Oh well it works now so im not even gonna try to figure that one out.
