(got it!I don't know exactly what his job in the League would be but i'd assume it'd be something with intel,i'm also not 100% sure where he is at the moment,so Cian could you clarify where?)

( He is mainly a medic but he can very well stalk people onligne with his quirk and gather information on them that way as well. As for where he is at the moment, it wasn't very clear where the others were so i tryed to stay vague to allow interaction to happen, just see it as he join the group. ^-^)
