Barnabus nodded slowly.
Okay.
He went over to Jackson.

Scarlet runs over to Ashia.
"Go!" Ashia takes off at a run.
Justin taps into his powers and runs as fast as he can.

Jackson took off, and then paused. Barnabus paused as well, looking back at Jackson as if asking if he was coming. "Wait for me!" Jackson caught up with Barnabus, surprised that the bear had somehow been faster than him.

Hazel seemed to fly as she ran.

Brandon was taking this sorta like a game, and having fun with it. He wasnt really out to win.

Sparky figured he was mostly without help since he was the only one without a spirit animal to help him. His spirit animal had been a great companion until the tables turned, and Sparky found himself without one. Instead, he used what he knew he had to his advantages.
He was a swift climber, and could maneuver trees with ease. He spotted things most others wouldn't. However, having good climbing skills wouldn't exactly help at the moment. He was holding his own, though.

There were three parts to the course: One in the trees, one swimming, and the first and last the obsital course on land.
Ashia quickly jumps over a hurtle and slids under a large log. Scarlet does the same just as Justin runs by them.
Ashia saves her strength because she knows what happens to be at the end of the course.

Hazel got to the water, and dove in.

Brandon frolicked in the waves, and was a fast swimmer. He, unlike Sparky, loved the water.

Jackson looked at Barmabus, shrugged, and dos their best.

Sparky froze as he got to the edge of the water, and hissed in frustration.

(It all right I did that? Jump to water???)

(Yep or you can jump from floating boye to floating boye across the water.)

Ashia quickly dove in as did Justin.

Sparky decided to jump across. Once, he nearly slid into the water, but he somehow found a grip. He hissed in frustration again as his tail got wet.

Once they got to the other side, Hazel and Brandon were tied. Jackson was a tiny bit behind them. Sparky was on the last boye when he fell in the water. He managed to remember enough to get to the other side and not drown.

Hazel tapped into her bond with Drummer, and it seemed as though she was flying over the land.

Justin runs out of the water as fast as Orin could fly.
Ashia taps into her bond and messes with the course making it look like something was there that wasn't and vise versa.

(It sorta seems like only sparky has a chance, being observant and all that.)

Hazel tripped, but regained her footing soon enough.
Brandon was laughing because he was having fun.
Jackson and Barmabus sometimes stumbled into things, but they were getting on, slowly but surely.
Sparky noted what things changed. He had kept a sharp eye on where things where and had been.

Ashia notices Sparky's observance and makes an illusion of a pond in front of him as she increases her pace.

(Only until he hits the last obstical that's the how are you going to get through molment. The last obstical is a matter of figuring out how to move an object that is beyond your streagth to move.)
