Phoenix shifted her papers to her left hand and extended her right, "I'm Phoenicia Xiang, most people just call me Phoenix though." Her phone made a cheery message alert sound in her pocket and she frowned. She didn't get texts very often. She hoped her mom wasn't mad about some stupid reason.

On the short side and slim, with pale skin. Long black hair usually worn down with several dark blue streaks, and grey eyes.

Personality
Pessimistic by nature and not exactly the most charismatic person once you get to know her. She tends to act down or unenthusiastic, especially when around people or situations she isn't comfortable with. However, around her friends or people she knows well, she's more outgoing with a sarcastic sense of humor. She doesn't really like to go out and meet new people, she wouldn't be hostile towards people she wouldn't know per se, but she wouldn't exactly be giving them hugs. Just... distant unless forced. She loves to travel and see new places, although many people don't know that about her unless they are close friends. Her few friends are very good friends, she rarely makes acquaintances, it's usually that you will be her good friend or not at all. She is very loyal to her close friends and would do just about anything for them, however. She is rather fast on her feet and street-smart although she isn't the most patient and understanding at times. She gets frustrated with activities or people easy and is very independent, often feeling anxious if she can't be part of the action. However she isn't above seeking help. She can be somewhat stubborn and strong-willed at points, but not obnoxiously so. She loves to read books leaning more towards fantasy but she also loves learning about math and science.
Backstory
Comes from a decent middle-class family, her relationship with her parents fluctuated a lot, sometimes they treated each other normally and other times she would lock herself in her room and wish she never had to see them again. Her mother and father would tell her she wasn't good enough, if she got perfect scores, they would demand where the extra credit was, and yet they wanted her to be demure and ladylike. She hates it and at times she avoids them as much as possible.

Abilities Infernal Agility - often called just Agility (The "Infernal" part):
She has an incredible fast reaction time/inhuman reflexes.
She cannot dodge or react to things things that are faster than she is able to move, and she can't do something if there is no way she would be physically able to do it, agility or not. For example if she is being attacked on all sides, and no matter how she moves, she will still get hit, then she will get hit regardless of her ability.
It is more of an intuitive thing rather than something she willingly employs. This means that under normal circumstances, she cannot move at this speed. It works for reflexive movements only.
She leaves a dark blue streak in her wake when she does this, although she can "turn it off" at will if she needs to be stealthy - it's extra effort, though.
(The "Agility" part):
It's just... increased agility. This gives her very good balance and so she can reach/jump onto things that normally would be perilous and/or difficult to do. She also has no trouble making hairpin turns or navigating over rough terrain.
Combined, these two parts usually work out well in her favor as her agility lets her dodge or react to certain things in motions that would be difficult to perform without it.

(Woah,that's awesome. I can't even write that much about Vivi. Nice! I mostly end up describing this fair skinned kid in RP subtly,...more or less subtly.) Vivi jumped a bit at the sound,holding her soft blue electric topic book to her chest. She relaxed tho as she knew it was a phone notification,being 14 and knowing many kids where addicted to those mind melting devices. She had one,she just didn't use it often because she didn't have any photo's or contacts.

(Lol, I get very obsessive about describing my OCs although I haven't even written anything serious with them since I can't come up with any ideas and half of their personalities are similar xD)
Phoenix sighed, "Sorry," she mumbled as checked the screen, she didn't like to carry her phone around but it was useful sometimes. There was a text from Soren, There's been another murder, this time in *our city name*. They think it's the same person.
She frowned, she'd heard about the murders recently but they'd always been background noise in the ever-perilous world her mother had been lecturing about, she'd never imagined someone here might be killed.

(That's cool,I suck at explaining and describing my OC's,and Vivi and Sean are the shy ones,the others are edgy and jerks other than D-H-3,and 4HD. Oh,and Clarity and Justice.)
