I use Windows Vista, and I cannot see the image (on my desktop computer). However, my laptop uses Windows 7 and can view the images just fine. :/

Okay... well that's on a separate server. So it's not a server issue.
It still could be a Cloudflare issue. I disabled Cloudflare for that domain, however, it's still on the Cloudflare nameserver.
But before I try that, do you mind checking the nightfall-guild.net link one more time with Cloudflare disabled?
If it still doesn't work, I will try switching that domain off of Cloudflare's and see if that's what's causing the issue.
Edit: Make sure to try hard refreshing the image btw in case your browser cached it.

Early this morning I retried my desktop and was unable to view images even with all my add-ons disabled. When i tried google chrome nothing changed as well. im going to try reverting my setting backa few versions and see if that fixes it but i have my doubts. for the time being ill be playing on my laptop. If anyone makes any progress please post it here so we can figure it out completely.

Yes, it works on the laptop but not the desktop. My laptop is using Windows XP, browser is google chrome version 24. the desktop is Win 7 using Firefox 18 i think.

Alright. I will try removing that site off of the Cloudflare name servers to see if that's the problem.
It will take like 24 hours for that to happen.

http://tinypic.com/r/2ziar14/6 this is an example of when images try to load on my desktop if they load at all. Also i get this error when trying to load the test image: The image "http://www.nightfall-guild.net/testimage.php" cannot be displayed because it contains errors.
Maybe that will help?
