Luke Jumps Into action grabbing one of the hyenas and threw it almost making it land in the fire he let out a deep roar letting them know to stand back "He isnt alone, and hes not an idiot!" he growls baring his teeth at them protecting the cage, he didnt go by his plan because he was supposed to slip away but instead blew his cover. He glared at the werehyenas walking over to the front of Azrials cage and opening it with a tug before facing them again

Azrail gets to his feet and winces as the one hyena catches on fire. Even though the hyenas didn't like him, it didn't mean he had to hate them back and be mean and feel all happy when they lose. Azrail slips out of the cage, dodging right under a hyena that lunged at him. He retaliates by knocking the hyena off its course so it wouldn't end up hitting Luke either. He wasn't too eager to injure others, and he wouldn't hurt them if he could help himself.

Luke grabbed Azairal and went back to the pride "dont run off again"

'Sorry. I thought Aonani was going to hurt me more than what she had already done so I ran without thinking.' Azrail says, lowering his head in shame.

he smiled "dont worry i have your back now go help vania i think shes waking up" he says patting his head

Vania woke up her body shooting with pain she tried to speak but it was hard for her too instead she let out low wimpers

Azrail salutes with his good arm, smiling shyly before heading to the medicine den. Heka seems a bit agitated, but glad he was here.
"Where have you been child? I've needed you. Now come and- what did you do to your arm?!" Heka hovered over his arm, undoing his makeshift splint and making an actual one, securing it before patting his head. "Now don't go running off again. We've learned our lesson, yes?" Azrail swallows hard and nods. Shame was eating him up on the inside. He noticed that Vania was awake and he brightened.
Heka looks over and nods, "That's what you're here for. You're here to take a shift in making sure she has everything. I need my sleep." and she walks off, mumbling to herself about how she shouldn't have chosen her job and she needed more sleep.

Vania rolled over and coverd herself

Azrail sighs through his nose and he sits down. He grabs the pencil and paper from on the table, making sure the candle was well lit and could last through the night. 'Do you want me to leave? Turn off the light?' He writes. He was pretty sure that Heka had finished all the important healing stuff like stitching things up and bandaging them, so he was just there to finish putting things away, make sure she had everything she needed, and then hopefully he could get some shut eye.

she felt bad and embarrassed from her defeat so she didnt really say anything nore looked his way she just simply told him to get his rest. She was very skittish and was more afraid than she usually was

Azrail nods and heads out, hoping something else wouldn't happen where he was needed or accused. Sleep sounded like a good idea. When he reached his den, he lay down and almost instantly fell asleep. It seemed to only be a second before sunlight was dancing across his room, trying to wake him up. At first he was really crabby and didn't want to wake up before he realized he was behind schedule. He bolted to where he needed to be, almost running into people and tripping so many times.

Yahaira woke up with the sun. She had thought that the cheetahs had hurt Vania and was determined that next time there were any cheetahs, none would live to tell the tale. She looked around for Luke to ask him if he wants to join her in checking in on Vania.
