Xanthus could already hear people bickering,siblings no doubt.He'd never really fought with his sister like that,not untill the end.He looked down at his hand for a second and saw the sword.He shook it off and sat against the wall,it was going to be awhile before anyone went insane

Unfortunately for Cobalt, he landed on the floor. Even more unfortunately, Myra landed on top him.
"Get off," he groaned, his left hand instinctively reaching for his sword to make sure it was still attached to his belt and not in that weird portal thingy.
"Where's my hat?" asked Myra.
Cobalt found it threw it in her direction, hitting her in the face by accident. There was a muffled yelp from her direction.
"Where are we?" he asked.
"A white room, lots of people arguing very loudly, hey is that Phoenix?"
"I can hear the arguing. I'm blind, not deaf. And what was that about Phoenix?"
"She's here."

"I thought you said you weren't deaf."
