It was a normal day. No one had seen White Slaughter in a month which caused some relief for many people. Her last attack hadn't even been that bad. Some were beginning to believe she had grown bored.

Aeronawen walked around her small hideout. She was having trouble planning something, anything, new and interesting. She wanted to mix things up so her game wouldn't grow boring. After minutes of her pacing, she left the hideout. She might as well not let people get comfortable.

(Sorry this took me so long.)

Brooklyn had been out shopping that day, needing to stock up on food and some medicine she had run out off. She had just recovered from a common cold and needed to get some stuff at the dollar store. Seeing as it was the closest place and she couldn't be bothered to go far.

It had been fine while she was out shopping. Yet after she had gotten distracted while walking home, ending up with her farther away from her home then she should have been. It wasn't a very pretty part of the neighborhood, but it was still part of the neighborhood.

The bags had started to tire her out with their weight. Causing her to stop for a few minutes against a wall to catch her breath.

(It's alright ^^)

Aeronawen clicked her tongue. She weaved her way through alleyways and quiet streets. Every few minutes she gently dropped a small metallic cube. A quiet beep eminated from them. When she had run out, she climbed atop a house and pulled out a small remote. She stared ahead for a few then, with a smile, pressed a button. The cubes gripped to the ground and from them caused the ground a slight shake. It picked up in intensity every minute till it couldn't be ignored. Aeronawen watched with little enthusiasm as people tried to tug the cubes away or break them. Her smile slowly faded. With a huff, she pressed a second button and the cubes exploded, sending people flying backwards. She rolled her eyes and started home, not even bothering to make a scene about this.

She had jumped when she heard the explosions. It was just like her luck for something like this to happen while she was out of the house and unprepared. Yet she still felt the need to help, even if most people didn't know who she was behind the mask. It still seemed like her job and this didn't seem like a big problem anyways.

The explosions hadn't sounded too loud but of course, somebody could have gotten severely hurt if they were close enough. She did her best to get over the nearest one, or what she thought was the nearest one. A few people were on the ground, yet none seemed to be injured.

Which was better for her in the end, and them. She had walked over the one and offered her hand, helping pull them up. It was the least she could do, and she could care less about what caused them. As sad as that was.

(Ack, sorry for taking so long to respond. Mum grounded me, responses might take awhile.)

(Sorry for taking so long. I was busy. I should be more active now.)

Aeronawen walked past Brooklyn. She stopped off to the side, somewhat in the shadows to watch as she helped someone up. She tilted her head as she watched. Her eyes narrowed at her. She shook her head and started walking off. This had been a rather boring go.

After Brooklyn had picked up the person she spotted a girl walking away from the scene. Perhaps they knew something about this, they were at the scene. "Hey! You over there! Do you know what happened?" She had ran a bit to catch up to the girl, soon only being a few feet away from her.

She could have asked somebody else, but they all seemed like they just wanted to leave. She did too but, it was what it was. All Brooklyn wanted to do was try and find out what happened. It'd make her job a bit easier, incase something like this had happened again but on a larger scale.

Aeronawen slowly turned to look at her. "Mm-mm... yes, I do miss." She said with a slight smile. Her eyes shined with a certain mischief. She suddenly grabbed at Brooklyn's hand and within a few seconds, the ground beneath them had disappeared.
They were floating, or perhaps falling, through a starry landscape. Aeronawen giggled. "Pretty isn't it? Hmm, you seem like the type with some gut, maybe enough to fight me. Wanna play?" She asked. Her smile grew slightly. She tilted her head to the side as she waited for a response.
