Today (19Mar23), I successfully collected 10 Ticket Pieces, combined them into a Ticket, and used it.

Then I got 1 Ticket Piece from a Lost Grove drop. I looked at my Inventory--starting over at just 1 Ticket Piece felt discouraging, but I looked at the Fortune Event Task Log and saw I still had 2 Daily Tasks to do (not counting the "Complete Daily Tasks" task). These were "Nurture Any Sylesti" (800) and "Defeat any Enemies in Lost Grove" (120).

I decided to do the "Defeat any Enemies in Lost Grove" task first, then do the Nurturing task. When I defeated the Enemies, I got this PM.


And the Fortune Event Task Log showed only one Daily Task left.


But I still had only 1 Ticket Piece in Inventory.


The 1 Ticket Piece I earned from defeating the 120 Lost Grove enemies didn't show up. Please help.

It's a bit hard to trace back through this all. But I am seeing the following.

Your last consumed stack of 10 was 3 hours ago. Since then, you've only completed one Task that awards a Piece of the Lucky Pot Ticket, which was completed ~20 minutes later. You completed the other Daily Tasks today shortly after midnight. They were completed between 12:08 am and 2:37 am.

Only the 'Defeat any Enemies' Task was completed this afternoon.

I can confirm that the 1 piece you currently have in your Inventory came from that last task completion, as the time stamps match.

After I combined the 10 Ticket Pieces into a Ticket but before I completed the "Defeat Enemies" task, a piece dropped from some enemy in the Lost Grove. After viewing the 1 piece sitting in my Inventory and feeling rather discouraged about how long it was going to take to get 9 more, I looked at the Fortune Event Task Log and realized I at least still had a couple of Tasks (Defeat Enemies and Nurturing), as well as the "Complete Daily Tasks," which are guaranteed to each yield a piece. That cheered me up a bit, as having to get 6 pieces to drop randomly is much better than having to get 9 pieces to drop randomly. That's the only reason I remember the sequence:

Some LG enemy drops a piece--I just happen to look at the 1 piece in my Inventory--I look at the Fortune Event Task Log and see that the Defeat Enemies and Nurturing Tasks have not yet been completed--I make a decision to do Defeat Enemies first, then Nurturing

Because I did remember what happened, I was surprised when I (1) saw I had a new PM and (2) read in the PM that I had completed the Defeat Enemies Task, but then (3) looked at my Inventory and saw there was still only 1 Ticket Piece where there ought to have been 2.

Sorry if I wasn't clear in my first post.

Almost forgot to mention--I completed the Defeat Enemies task right after that one enemy dropped the Ticket Piece, possibly in the very next fight.

The last time that you completed the Nurture Daily Task was yesterday, 2023-03-18 at 16:07:08. It has not been completed today.

You completed the battling task 2023-03-19 at 13:52:49. The one ticket in your Inventory was also created 2023-03-19 at 13:52:49; so that's where that one ticket came from. I do not see any record or lost tickets anywhere else on your account. If you received a ticket from battling, it would be somewhere in the database to be found. The system wouldn't print the name of an item if there wasn't an item to be printed from. The display of item names is automatically served from the existing item after it's created. That's why, if you've ever ran into an issue with a broken item in the past, it will be like: "You have found an item: []!" With just a blank in there. If it said you found a ticket, that item would have been created and would be able to be found somewhere in the database. I'm just not seeing anything.

My best guess is just that maybe you received some other item you thought was a ticket or something along those lines from the battle. I'm sorry. =\
